- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers, or spiders) to extract content from the platform in bulk.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any technical measures protecting the platform.
- Use the platform in any manner that violates applicable Indian law or these Terms.
3. Intellectual Property
All original content on TaxIntelHub, including editorial text, structural organisation, AI-assisted analyses, and platform design, is owned or controlled by TaxIntelHub and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. Statutory text, notifications, circulars, and judicial orders are public documents; their reproduction is governed by applicable law and government policy.
4. Platform Availability
TaxIntelHub makes no guarantee as to the continuous availability of the platform. The platform may be unavailable at any time due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We accept no liability for any loss or inconvenience arising from platform downtime or unavailability.
5. Content Accuracy
TaxIntelHub endeavours to maintain accurate content but does not warrant that any information is complete, current, or error-free. Content may be updated, amended, or removed at any time without notice. See the Legal Disclaimer for further limitations.
6. User Accounts
If you create an account via Google Sign-In, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to notify TaxIntelHub immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
